Identify problems

Even the smallest fault on a boiler can lead to a serious problem further down the line. Carrying out an annual boiler service can help identify these small, but potentially dangerous and costly faults.

Safety checks

Boilers that are not properly maintained can release carbon monoxide, or water leaks which may be causing damage to the boiler, avoid this with an annual boiler service.

Maintain the warranty/guarantee

Most new boilers come with an extended warranty/guarantee, but most manufacturers also state the boiler needs to be serviced every 12 months to maintain this warranty. Service your boiler and remain covered for both parts and labour for duration of the guarantee.
